Notices for Service Charges:
- * Applicable to ALL bookings except internet bookings through www.fireflyz.com.my.
- # One free Hand Carry Baggage allowance of 5kg. Any excess baggage will have to be checked-in as Check-In Baggage.
- # Free Check-In Baggage allowance is 20kg. Any excess baggage will be charged per kg.
- + Bookings for passengers requiring Special Assistance can only be made through the Call Center or authorized MAS Ticketing Offices and are subject to Firefly’s acceptance as per our General Conditions of Carriage.
- + Passengers requiring Special Assistance whose carriage is accepted by Firefly must at least be able to walk up the stairs of the aircraft.
- ++ Without prejudice to our rights in Firefly�s General Conditions of Carriage, Last Minute / Ad-hoc Special Assistance shall only be applicable:
- to passengers who have declared, when booking their tickets with us, that such passenger has a physical or medical condition which requires Special Assistance or, where such passenger, at the point of check-in, is of a condition requiring Special Assistance; and
- upon such declaration or in the exercise of Firefly’s rights under Clause 7.4 of our General Conditions of Carriage, Firefly has agreed to accept the carriage of such passenger or such passenger is not denied boarding at the point of check-in due to his/her condition.
- ^ The weight of the Sports Equipment (i.e. Golf Set and/or Scuba Gear) must not exceed 20kg. Any excess weight will be charged per kg based on the Excess Baggage charges.
- All the above are subject to Firefly’s General Conditions of Carriage.
